How To Initiate Return/Exchange?

If the product you recieved does not match the standard, you can initiate a Return/Exchange within 7 days of recieving the products including the date of delivery. Access returns page by clicking profile icon on top of the website. Please note: Email id is mandatory to log in to your profile in order to initiate return/Exchange.

In case of Refund, reverse charge of Rs.50/- is applicable which shall be deducted from your refund value. First time exchange is completely on us

Please note: You will only recieve refund amount that is equal to the Value of the product ordered and not the delivery charges if any.
