Refund Policy

Please Initiate Return/Exchange request from RETURNS page on the website. Log in using registered Email id(the one you mentioned while placing the order).

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you have recieved the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

We arrange pickup for all orders. You will be charged a reverse pickup fee 0f Rs.150/- in case of returns/refunds which shall be deducted from your final refund amount.

No reverse pickup fee in case of exchange orders.

How To Initiate Return/Exchange? (Pre-Paid Orders)

Please note: You will only receive refund amount that is equal to the product ordered and not the delivery charges if any. 

 

 How To Initiate Return/Exchange? (Cash On Delivery Orders)

 Make sure the date of courier should be in the 7 day return/refund window. Once we receive the product, we will initiate the refund process. We are asking you to do it only because we work on a very tight profit margins and this is a temporary arrangement.

. First Size exchange is on us. We will pick up the order in case of exchange.

In case you’ve purchased 2 short sleeve t-shirts for Rs.1298, and return 1 t-shirt, you’ll be charged the full amount for the t-shirt you keep and will receive only the remaining amount after deducting Rs.150/- Reverse Pickup charges.
